All final decisions remain the responsibility of the user.

3. User Accounts

You retain ownership of the strategic scenarios, data, and content you input into our platform. By using Stratax.ai, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely to provide our services to you. We will not use your proprietary business information to train our models without explicit consent.

6. Subscription and Payment

6.1 Pricing

Stratax.ai is offered through enterprise subscription plans. Pricing is determined based on usage, features, and organizational needs. Detailed pricing is provided during the sales process.

6.2 Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your enterprise agreement.

6.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will continue until the end of your current billing period. Enterprise agreements may have different cancellation terms as specified in individual contracts.

7.2 No Guarantees

We do not guarantee that our service will meet your specific requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any results or outcomes will be achieved. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nura Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of Stratax.ai. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nura Labs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of Stratax.ai at any time. We may also update these Terms of Service periodically. Material changes will be communicated through our platform or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Stratax.ai shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, except where prohibited by law.

13. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
